SCHEDULE

Training times are offered two times most days in 2-hour blocks. Each client performs an individually designed program that is always supervised in a small group setting assuring all clients are performing exercises with appropriate technique and weight to maintain a safe and constantly adaptive environment.

If you do not see a time you would like, classes can be added pending there is sufficient interest (4 clients).

 

Semi-Private Personal Training:

 

Monday:

  • 7 – 9 am

  • 11:30 – 1:30 pm

Tuesday:

  • 3 – 5 pm

  • 7 – 9 pm

Wednesday:

  • 7 – 9 am

  • 11:30 – 1:30 pm

Thursday:

  • 8 – 10 am

  • 7 – 9 pm

Friday:

  • 11:30 – 1:30 pm

  • 4 – 6 pm

Saturday:

  • 9 – 11 am

Sunday:

  • Closed
