Whether you are looking to improve mobility for a sport, increase flexibility for comfort or learn practical ways to de-stress, I've got you covered! These yoga classes are appropriate for ALL levels. I will offer modifications and options to ensure you are receiving what you desire out of your practice.

Passes available for 5-sessions, 10-sessions or 20-sessions!

Joanna is passionate about helping you develop more flexibility, mobility and strength so you can do the things that you love to do. She is a Yoga Teacher with an extensive background in health and wellness which informs her teaching style. As a personal trainer and mobility specialist, Joanna will ensure you are developing usable ranges of motion in a safe and effective way. She believes fully in meeting every student where they are at - from beginner to experienced - and will offer modifications or options where needed to ensure you get the most out of your practice. Joanna also integrates mindfulness, stress-reduction and breathing practices into classes so you benefit not only physically, but develop emotional resilience as well. Her sense of humour and warmth will put you at ease and allow you to fully engage in your practice with confidence.

WHAT IF I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE?
No problem! Yoga is for everybody - especially for people who think they aren't flexible! There will always be options and modifications offered so you can take the class at your pace. Joanna will encourage you to listen to your body and she is always there to help with any options or support you need.
I'VE DONE LOTS OF YOGA BEFORE. WILL THIS BE TOO EASY?
There are ALWAYS ways to challenge yourself in a yoga class, regardless of the difficulty of the poses. Joanna will always offer options to provide more challenge.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
Bringing your own yoga mat along is always a good idea. We have a few extra on hand, but not enough to cover a full class. Also, bringing along a blanket is always a nice idea for cool-down or to use as extra support during the practice. And, of course, bring a water bottle. Contrary to what you might think, we often work up a sweat during yoga! If you're not sure about what you need to bring, just ask Joanna.
ISN'T YOGA JUST FOR GIRLS?
Absolutely NOT! In fact, the original yogis way back in the day were all men. Professional sports teams integrate yoga and other mobility practices into their training because they recognize the benefit that it can have on the players' effectiveness in the game and longevity in the sport. Yoga has incredible benefits for everybody! Shape, size, gender, fitness level and age doesn't matter.
